Scott’s been my personal trainer over the last several months, and I feel I couldn’t have found a better trainer than Scott as he has all of the qualities I was looking for: expert knowledge and a broad set of training experiences that give him the ability to really understand my objectives and make each exercise very personalized according to those objectives. I feel I’ve made significant improvements both physically and mentally thanks to the training sessions I’ve been having with Scott. Perhaps more importantly, Scott is genuinely caring and also very fun to spend time with — an hour of hard work-out doesn’t feel like an hour at all!

He not only takes time to get to know you and understand your goals, but he also helps you to understand how to reach them and keep them coming. He explains how to match diet and exercise for the best results in terms that are not full of crazy doctor language - layman’s terms as they say. :)

He will even play your favorite pump-up music in the gym if you tell him what you like! If I could give Scott more than 5 stars, I would.

I trained with Scott for around 9 months initially to get in shape for my wedding but decided to continue on afterwards. Scott is incredibly fun to work with, extremely reliable, and you feel motivated to keep up your workouts throughout the week because you feel like you’re letting a friend down if you don’t. He’s super responsive to adjusting workouts to your goals and any injuries that come up as well as keeping things mixed up so it’s always exciting. Would love to train with Scott again.
